How it works
- Who starts
- Attacker A, with the ball.
- Who takes part
- An attacker (A), a defender (D) and a rescue teammate (R) on the end line.
- What the ball does
- A faces the defender; if they can't get past, they give it to R and attack 2v1 towards the mini-goal.
- How to score
- Goal in the defender's mini-goal; if they win the ball, the defender scores in the opposite one.
- When it ends
- With a goal, a tackle won or the ball out.
- How it restarts
- The roles rotate and the new attacker starts.
- How players rotate
- Attacker to rescue, rescue to defender, defender to attacker.

Description
In groups of three on 10x6 m pitches with a mini-goal at each end (five fit in a 30x20). An attacker tries to score in the defender's mini-goal in a 1v1. If they can't beat the defender within 5 seconds, they can pass to the rescue teammate, who waits on the end line, and it becomes a 2v1 until a goal. If the defender wins the ball, they try to score in the other mini-goal. It helps players dare to take on a 1v1 and use a teammate when they can't.
