How it works
- Who starts
- A red player with the ball; the coach feeds it to anyone in the team.
- Who takes part
- Seven reds against seven blues, no goalkeepers.
- What the ball does
- It goes from red to red with short passes while the blues try to win it.
- How to score
- 1 point every time the ball has gone through all seven players of the team.
- When it ends
- The move ends when they win it or the ball goes out; play is continuous for 10-12 minutes.
- How it restarts
- If the ball goes out, the coach gives it to any player of the team whose turn it is.
- How players rotate
- No rotation of positions: everyone moves freely.

Description
Two teams of seven players in a 35x35 m square marked with four discs. The team with the ball tries to keep it with short, ground passes. When the ball has gone through all seven players of the team, they score a point and play on. It works on keeping the ball, constantly offering support to a team-mate and getting everyone involved.
Step by step
- 1
The red with the ball passes to a team-mate who offers himself in the middle.
- 2
That red opens play to the team-mate on the right.
- 3
Pass into space and the red who was lower comes up to receive, away from his marker.
Rules
Free touches. Ground passes. 1 point when the ball has touched all seven players of the team. After the point, play carries on without stopping. If the ball goes out, the coach feeds it to any player of the team whose turn it is.

Rotation and restart
No fixed rotation of positions: everyone moves freely in the square. When the ball is lost, the team that wins it starts counting from zero.
Coaching points
- Always two passing lanes for the player on the ball: one on each side.
- Receive side-on, looking where you are going to play.
- Count out loud the team-mates who have already touched it.
- Firm ground pass, to the team-mate's good foot.
Common mistakes
Everyone goes towards the ball and bunches up.
How to correct: Use the whole square: width and depth.
Asking for the ball standing still, behind an opponent.
How to correct: Move to get out of the marker's shadow before asking for it.
The same three always play.
How to correct: Remind them of the rule: no point without all seven.
Questions for the players
- “Who in your team hasn't touched it yet?”
- “Where do you position yourself so your team-mate has an easy pass?”
- “If they close you down in front, who can you give it to?”
Levels
- A · easyWith a joker who always plays with the player on the ball: it is easier to find support.
- B · standardAs described: 7v7 and free touches.
- C · advancedMaximum two touches per player, or a 30x30 m space.
If you have fewer or more players
- With 2 fewer: 6v6 in 30x30 m: a point when all six touch it. (6v6)
- With 2 more: Add two jokers who play with the team on the ball. (7v7+2)
- With odd numbers: The extra player acts as a joker and doesn't count towards the point.

Variations
- Alternating passes. Make them alternate short and long passes to break the defensive structure.
- Touch limit. Limit each player to 2 or 3 touches to speed up the pace of play.
- Game with jokers. Add 1 or 2 jokers who help the team in possession.
