Description

To finish the session. Each child has a ball and stands still in their place, in a 10x10 space. The coach is Simon and suggests gentle moves: stroke the ball with the sole, stand on one leg with a foot on top of the ball, sit on the ball, touch it with the knee. You only do the move if «Simon says» comes first. If someone does it without the phrase, they lose a calm point, but keep playing.

Step by step

  1. 1

Simon says: stroke the ball with the sole, slowly.

  2. 2

«Stand on one leg with a foot on top of the ball»: whoever does it without the phrase loses a point.

  3. 3

Simon says: sit on the ball and take a deep breath.

Rules

You only do the move if the coach starts with «Simon says». The moves are slow and on the spot. A mistake costs a calm point; nobody is eliminated.
