- How to score
- A goal in one of the opponents' two small goals.
- When it ends
- Rounds of 3 minutes.
- How it restarts
- After a goal or the ball going out, the team that did not have it restarts.
- How players rotate

Goal
Occupy the pitch by spreading out when your team has the ball.
Description
4v4 game on a 20x15 m pitch with two small goals at each end, split with cones into four houses (two at the front, two at the back). When my team has the ball, there can be at most one of my players in each house: if two players of the same team are in the same house when a pass is made, the ball goes to the opponents. When defending you can go into any house. It teaches children to spread out instead of all running to the ball.
Step by step
- 1
Player 1 passes to 3, who is in the front house.
- 2
3 opens up to 4, in the other front house.
- 3
4 shoots at goal.
Rules
With the ball, at most one player from my team per house; if there are two when the pass is made, ball to the opponents. Without the ball, free movement. Goal in either of the opponents' two goals. Rounds of 3 minutes.

Rotation and restart

Coaching points
- Look where your teammates are.
- Go to the empty house.
- Spread out to receive.
Common mistakes
Everyone chases the ball and bunches up in one house.
How to correct: Before asking for the ball, check whether the house is free.
Standing still in the house without offering yourself.
How to correct: Move around inside the house to open a passing lane.
Questions for the players
- “Is there someone from my team in my house?”
- “Where is there a free house?”
Levels
- A · easyTwo zones (front and back) and no turnovers: the coach only gives warnings.
- B · standardAs described.
- C · advancedSix zones and a compulsory change of zone after passing.
If you have fewer or more players
- With 2 fewer: 3v3 with three zones. (3v3)
- With 1 more: The extra player acts as a joker with the team in possession. (4v4+1)
- With odd numbers: A joker who does not count for the house rule.

Variations
- Coloured houses. Each house has its own colour of cones and the coach calls out a house where a goal counts double if the ball is passed through it.
- Goalkeeper's house. One player from each team acts as goalkeeper and their house is the one at the back.
