Goal

Change direction by cutting the ball with the inside and outside of the foot, with knees bent.

Description

Three lanes with four cones in a line, each with a team in a queue and every child with their own ball. The first player dribbles in a zigzag and makes a cut at every cone: they change direction by touching the ball with the inside (or outside) of one foot, staying nice and low. After the last cone they dribble back quickly outside the cones and the next one sets off. The first team to finish wins, but only if everyone has cut at every cone.

  2. 2

They dribble back quickly around the outside of the cones.
