How it works
- Who starts
- Attacker A, with the ball, from one end of the lane.
- Who takes part
- Two attackers (A and B) and a defender (D) in each lane.
- What the ball does
- A passes to B and runs past them; B returns the pass further ahead; and so on to the other end.
- How to score
- A point if they reach the other end and stop the ball with the sole without the defender touching it.
- When it ends
- On reaching the end or if the defender touches the ball.
- How it restarts
- They come back the other way.
- How players rotate
- On each return, defender D swaps with one of the attackers (in the drawing, with B): D attacks and B defends.

Goal

Description
In groups of three, in 20x6 m lanes (five fit in a 30x20). Two attackers set off together from one end of the lane with a ball. The rule: the player who passes has to run past their teammate before receiving again. They move forward like this to the other end and stop the ball with the sole. In the middle there is a defender who can only walk and touch the ball with the foot. It teaches passing and moving forward without standing still after the pass.
Step by step
- 1
A passes to B, slightly ahead of them.
- 2
After the pass, A runs and overtakes B.
- 3
B returns the pass to A, now further ahead, away from the defender.
Rules
The passer has to overtake their teammate before receiving again. You reach the other end and stop the ball with the sole. The defender only walks and can only touch the ball with the foot. If they get through without it being touched, a point. Pass with the right foot on the way out and with the left on the way back.
