Description
In a 20x20 area there are fifteen discs scattered at random and a hoop in each corner. The children dribble with their ball without touching any disc. On the coach's signal, they put a foot on the ball, turn 180 degrees with the sole and set off dribbling towards the nearest empty hoop, where they stop the ball inside. Anyone who gets to an occupied hoop looks for another.
Step by step
- 1
2 dribbles between the discs.
- 2
Signal: puts a foot on the ball, turns 180 degrees and bursts away.
- 3

Rules
You can't touch the discs. On the signal, a 180 degree turn with the sole and a quick burst away. One ball per hoop: whoever arrives first keeps it.
