How it works
- Who starts
- The red attacker (R), with the ball.
- Who takes part
- Four attackers in coloured bibs (red, green, yellow and orange) and a white defender in the middle.
- What the ball does
- It goes from attacker to attacker round the outside of the defender; when the defender changes, play away from the new one.
- How to score
- One point for every 6 passes in a row.
- When it ends
- Rounds of 2 minutes.
- How it restarts
- If the ball goes out, the nearest attacker restarts.
- How players rotate
- When a colour is shouted, that attacker and the defender swap roles.

Goal
Keep the ball and adapt to the moment when the defender changes.
Description
A rondo of five in a 10x10 m square (three fit in a 30x20). Four attackers, each wearing a bib of a different colour, pass the ball around and a defender in a white bib tries to win it. Suddenly the coach shouts a colour: the attacker in that bib becomes a defender instantly and the defender becomes an attacker. It is for keeping the ball and reacting quickly to a change.
Step by step
- 1
Red passes to green, away from the defender.
- 2
Green plays it out to yellow.
- 3
If the coach shouts «yellow!», yellow and the white defender swap places (rotation phase).
Rules
Four attackers against one defender. Points for every 6 passes in a row. When the coach shouts a colour, that attacker defends and the defender attacks. If the defender touches the ball, they swap with whoever lost it.
Equipment

Passing through the middle, within the defender's reach.
How to correct: Pass round the outside, to the teammate they can't reach.

- “Who is the defender now?”
- “Who can I pass to?”
