How it works
- Who starts
- Attacker 1, with the ball.
- Who takes part
- Three red attackers and one blue defender in the square.
- What the ball does
- It is passed between the reds; if the defender leaves the gate open, pass through the middle, and if he covers it, round the outside.
- How to score
- Normal pass: 1 point. Pass through the middle gate: 3 points.
- When it ends
- Rounds of 90 seconds.
- How it restarts
- If the ball goes out, the nearest attacker restarts.
- How players rotate
- If the defender touches the ball, he swaps with whoever made the last pass (in the drawing, D swaps with 3).

Goal
Keep the ball and look for the pass through the middle when the defender leaves it open.
Description
A 3v1 rondo in a 10x10 m square with a 2 m cone gate in the centre (three or four rondos fit in 30x20). Three attackers pass the ball around and one defender tries to win it. Each pass is worth a point, and each pass through the middle gate is worth three. If the defender covers the gate, the sides are left free. It teaches keeping the ball while looking for the pass that is worth the most.
Step by step
- 1
1 passes round the outside to 3, because the defender is covering the gate.
- 2
The defender goes towards 3 and leaves the gate open: 3 passes through the middle to 2 (3 points).
Rules
