How it works
- Who starts
- A red player with the ball; the coach gives it to any player on the team.
- Who takes part
- Seven reds against seven blues, no goalkeepers.
- What the ball does
- It goes from red to red with short passes while the blues press; the reds count the passes out loud.
- How to score
- 1 point for each series of ten passes in a row without losing the ball.
- When it ends
- The move ends when the ball is won or goes out; play continues non-stop for 10-12 minutes.
- How it restarts
- If the ball goes out, the coach gives it to any player of the team whose turn it is.
- How players rotate
- There is no rotation of positions: everyone moves freely.

Description
Two teams of seven in a 35x35 m square marked with four discs. The team with the ball tries to make ten passes in a row without losing it; each series of ten is a point and play carries on. It works on keeping the ball calmly, constant support and patience on the ball.
Step by step
- 1
The red at the top passes to the teammate showing in the middle.
- 2
That red plays it out to the teammate at the bottom left.
- 3
And that player passes it to the red at the bottom right, away from the pressure.
Rules

Rotation and restart
No rotation of positions: everyone moves freely. When the ball is won, the other team starts counting from zero.
Coaching points
- Count the passes out loud: everyone knows how many you have.
- Always two support options near the player on the ball.
- If you are pressed, play it easy backwards or sideways and start again.
- Defending: press as a group near the ball, not just one player.
Common mistakes
Risking a difficult pass when they already have eight.
How to correct: The closer to the point, the simpler the pass.
Standing still behind an opponent.
How to correct: Move until you have a clean passing lane.
The defenders all go to the ball and leave easy passes.
How to correct: One presses and the others cover the nearby passing options.
Questions for the players
- “How many passes have you made?”
- “If two players press you, who is free?”
- “Which pass is the safest right now?”
