How it works
- Who starts
- The attacker (A), with the ball on the start line.
- Who takes part
- One pair per space: attacker and defender (D).
- What the ball does
- The attacker dribbles it to the cone, does the scissors and takes it towards the goal opposite the side the defender goes to.
- How to score
- A goal in either of the two goals, 1 point.
- When it ends
- On the shot or if the defender touches the ball.
- How it restarts
- The roles swap and the other one starts.
- How players rotate
- They swap in every duel; every 2 minutes, change of pair.

Goal
Fool the defender with the scissors and break away quickly to the opposite side.
Description
In pairs in 12x8 m spaces with two small goals at the far end and a cone in the middle. The attacker dribbles up to the cone, does the scissors (swings the leg over the ball without touching it, as if going out that side) and goes the other way towards one of the two goals. The defender starts from the goals and tries to touch the ball. If he wins it, the roles swap. The extra player is a joker and the pairs change every 2 minutes.
Step by step
- 1
The attacker dribbles up to the cone.
- 2
Scissors: the defender goes towards the bottom goal and the attacker goes out at the top.
- 2.1 The defender moves downwards.
- 2.2 The attacker goes towards the top goal.
- 3
Shoots at the top goal.
Rules
The attacker must do the scissors next to the cone before shooting. A goal in either of the two small goals. If the defender touches the ball, the roles swap.
