Accelerate over a few metres and brake by stopping the ball with the sole.
Description
All the kids in a line, each with a ball. On the signal, each one pushes their ball forward with the hand and sprints to stop it with the sole before the 10 m line. Stop it before the line and you score a point; stop it in the last 3 m and it's a double point. Come back dribbling. It works on short acceleration and braking with the ball, choosing how hard to push it.
Step by step
- 1
On the signal, each child pushes their ball with the hand towards the 10 m line.
- 2
They sprint after it and stop it with the sole before the line.
Rules
