How it works
- Who starts
- Shooter A, with the ball, on the 10 m line.
- Who takes part
- The shooter (A), the runner (B), the goalkeeper and two players waiting their turn with balls. The coach (E) has spare balls next to the box.
- What the ball does
- A shoots at goal; if the goalkeeper pushes it away, B finishes the rebound; if he holds it, E throws a second ball into the box for B.
- How to score
- Goal by the shooter: 1 point; goal from the rebound or the second ball: 2.
- When it ends
- When the ball goes in, goes out or the goalkeeper holds it and B has already finished the second ball.
- How it restarts
- The next one shoots from the 10 m line.
- How players rotate
- The shooter becomes the runner, the runner the goalkeeper and the goalkeeper goes to prepare balls.

Description
Three groups of 5 facing three goals with a goalkeeper. A player shoots from 10 m and, at the same time, a team-mate runs in from the side to get to the rebound: if the goalkeeper saves it or the ball hits the post, the arriving player finishes the second ball. If the goalkeeper holds it, the coach throws a second ball into the box so the arriving player gets their shot. It teaches that in the box you don't stop running until the ball goes in or out.
